WHO WE ARE

A team of dedicated business professionals committed to providing exemplary, full-service banking to the small businesses, professionals and consumers of Scottsdale and surrounding communities.

The Board of Directors are members of the community in which the bank will operate, either owning a business or residing in our market area. They are committed to bringing the term “personal” back to banking relationships with clients in our market. Too often, that personal service is lost when a community bank is acquired by another financial institution.

Each member of the management team has 15+ years of banking experience. Our expertise enables us to deliver products and services tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

The bank intends to employ the latest technology and delivery systems to enhance the overall banking experience. Furthermore, as a client of the bank, you will have access to management to discuss your banking needs on both a business and personal level.

When asked by others why our clients bank with us, we believe they will say “ Because I am treated as if I’m their only customer”.
